A medical may be requested by your insurance company, your prospective employer, your workplace  or the NZTA. The requirements  will differ according to the purpose of the medical. The medical may include a comprehensive medical examination and history,  lab work and diagnostic testing and physician follow up where necessary.

For all medicals you will need to provide the required forms and photo ID.
